The ND2 is prized as the last tunable Miata: simple bolt-ons plus a 92-93 octane or E85 tune lift the 181hp NA engine to 200-215 crank hp for around $3,000-3,500. Tuners have not yet accessed the 2024+ ND3 ECU, though there is disagreement over whether ND3 begins in 2023 or 2024.
