Mercedes-Benz SLC (C107)

The C107 SLC is the fixed-roof, long-wheelbase coupe sibling of the R107 SL, and the BaT community treats it as a deeply underappreciated grand tourer that was, when new, the most expensive Mercedes-Benz you could buy (the 6.9 excepted). Owners consistently rate it above the SL as a highway cruiser: the roughly 14-inch-longer wheelbase gives a better ride, genuine room for tall drivers, and a massive sunroof that makes an SLC 'almost like a convertible' with the windows down.
